The Leadership Development Process
The coaching process is a structured and measurable one. Learn the 7 steps of this transformational process:
During the initial consultation, we meet with you to learn about your organization's specific needs so that we can provide you with an individualized development plan.
You will receive a cost-effective leadership development proposal within 48 hours from your initial consultation.
This assessment is the first step into our coaching and training programs. It provides leaders with immediate leadership tools to apply with themselves and their direct reports.
Leadership Development Kick-off
We start working with individuals and/or teams on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis to build them with the skills they need to succeed as leaders.
Participants will receive action-driven and relevant leadership tools that will allow them to use with themselves and their team between coaching and training sessions.
At a pre-determined interval, we will meet to assess the results you are accomplishing and determine if you want to make any changes to the process.
End of Cycle
In the end of every leadership development program, you will have the opportunity to continue your leadership growth, suspend it temporarily, or end the process. Our goal is to equip your team with all it needs to continue growing without us.
